TB will send the text message immediately but only if within business hours. If outside of business hours, the text message will be sent as soon as the business opens.

TB will schedule the text message to go out at 9am. If the current time is past 9am, the text message will be sent immediately.

When creating action plans, it is recommended to schedule specific time for the text messages to be sent out. Do not use [now] tag because the text will be sent as soon as the action plan runs, which can be very early in the morning.

TB will delay the text message by one hour. Other examples of delay tags are [30min], [2h] or [5min]. Similar variations will also work.
When running other communication tools like Ylopo Raiya, you should delay sending TB text messages to see if the contact engages elsewhere first.

TB will delay the text message by 2 hours.

[delete]

Deletes a text message that has been scheduled but has not been sent. You can, also, delete unsent texts from the Embedded App.
Deleting the text of a note does NOT mean that the text message is deleted form our system. You must use [delete] tag to make sure it has been removed from the internal schedule.
